Do you come to me, or does the car go to you?
Diagnosis is mobile: Harnold comes to you. For the repair, he decides based on the job. If it can be done on site, he does it in your driveway. If not, it's done at his location at 2758-1 Parrish Cemetery Rd on the Westside of Jacksonville, and he'll tell you that up front.
What areas do you cover?
Jacksonville, including Normandy Manor and Arlington, plus Orange Park, Fleming Island, and surrounding areas in Duval and Clay counties. If you're nearby but not on that list, put your address in the request and Harnold will tell you if he can reach you. See the service area.
When can you come out?
Saturdays 7 am–6 pm and Sundays 1–7 pm for repairs and maintenance. Monday through Friday after 5:30 pm for diagnosis appointments.
Why are weeknights only for diagnosis?
Weeknight appointments after 5:30 pm are for finding out what's wrong. Repairs and maintenance are booked on Saturday or Sunday.
What work don't you do?
Transmission rebuilds, tire rotations, and wheel alignments. Some steering and suspension parts, like tie rods and control arms, need an alignment afterward; if yours does, plan on a shop visit for the alignment.
